Welcome to the Asian Bird Fair 2023!
We are pleased to inform that the Sabah Bird Watchers Association has won the bid for Asian Bird Fair 2023 with the support of Sabah Tourism Board, which will be held in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysian Borneo from the 13th-17th October 2023. ABF 2023 is expected to attract delegates, internationally and locally renowned speakers, and to have exhibitors from the nation as well as the global region comprising of local and international professionals in bird watching and other relevant industries. The Asian Bird Fair (ABF) is an annual event created to highlight the different bird fairs in Asia, to promote the protection of birds and their habitats, encourage bird-watching and other ecotourism activities.

Standard Rates
Terms & Conditions of Registration
1.All fees are to be paid in full upon 14 days of the registration. Fees not receive within 14 days of the registration will be considered void.
2.Any data collected from the participants will be used by the organiser only during the period of this event. Unless prior consent has been given by the participant.
3.Please refer to the cancellation policy for any cancellation inquiries.
4.Substitutions can be made at any time throughout this event.
5.The organiser of ABF 2023 reserve the right to make alterations, changes, and postponements to the programme, venue & timings.
6.The organiser shall not be held responsible for views expressed by speakers, sponsors, and/or exhibitors.
7.The organiser will not be held for any loss during the conference.
Registration Refund & Return Policy:
1.Please email the secretariat asianbirdfair23@gmail.com for cancellation request.
2.Registration cancelled before 6 October 2023 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. Refund is subject to a 10% administrative fee.
3.Registration cancelled after 6 October 2023 is not eligible for a refund. Registration fee may be transferred to another individual; payment invoice for the new registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant.
4. ABF 2023 reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule events due to to government restrictions or unforeseen circumstances. In case of cancellation ABF 2023, full refund will be made within 14 days via the same method payment was made unless requested otherwise.
